Happy B-Day!

The Klumpe Klan would like to wish my Grandma - the kids Great Grandma a Very Happy Birthday! WE LOVE YOU!

The picture below I thought was appropriate for Gram's B-Day it was taken last fall at my cousins wedding and it has my Grandparents all my aunts, uncles and cousins (at the time, there has been some new arrivals since)!

Mothers Day, Pumpkin Planting & Motorcycles!

I missed posting for Mother's Day but to all the Mom's out there (especially mine!) We LOVE YOU! These flowers were some that the kids picked me - I thought they were very pretty!
On Saturday the Klumpe Klan ventured out to our friends the Wrights to help with the planting of the pumpkins! It was quite fun and intersting to learn this new tradition! Thanks to Brian and Heidi for a fun evening and a wonderful supper!

Sunday - the kids got to go out and ride their motorcycles - this was the first time Karson rode by himself - They both did very good and are ready to go aout again tonight!

Field Day & Tractor!

Well starting last wednesday Gary and I took off work at noon so we could go to Paige's field day...she participated in the shoe kick, sack race, and the 30 yard dash. She got 3rd place in each event and was very excited! It turned out to be a very nice day, we actually all got a touch sunburnt!

After the field day was over the kids were to go home with Gr & Gr Klumpe but Chance came down with the flu (no not the swine flu) so the kids got to venture to Texas with Mom and Dad to pick up our new (used) tractor. We put on just over 2000 miles between Wednesday and Saturday nights but all in all the trip went well and the kids had sun swimming at the hotel! But if we ever make that trip again I hope not to be pregnant (less bathroom breaks) and Gary hopes to never pull a trailer in downtown Houston (6 lane interstate) again!

........And YES the Klumpe Klan does realize this tractor is not a John Deere!
